Tubes and more (Sorry no pictures)

Ethan had a Dr. appointment with the Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist (Again!!) on Monday. Since his tubes fell out (end of May/start of June) he has had 4 ear infections. THANKFULLY the Dr. finally said we could put the tubes back in!! I was SOOOOOO excited. He asked what works for out schedule and before I could answer he asked if Tuesday (the following day) morning would work. I was even more excited. They also took out his adenoids hoping to help him even more. I sort of wonder if he rememberd things from the last time he had tubes put in. He really didn't want to have to put the hospital clothing on. He did LOVE the tv that he could move right in front of his face though. Even when Trent would try to move it, he would put it right back!! It was really cute. One of these days when I figure out how to get the pictures off my phone, I will post a picture of it!! I was told he would sleep most the day and not eat or drink much. Surprisingly he hardly slept (although I did lay down with him for a few hours watching movies) and he drank and ate quite a bit. It was mostly just cottage cheese and yogurt, but it was food!! I am AMAZED how much he drank (granted, he is a BIG drinker....he frequently drinks as much as me in a day and I LOVE water!!). These are longer lasting tubes and I am PRAYING once they fall out he will have out grown all these ear infections!! (Although, Justin was like 6 or 7 before he finally out grew them). I guess time will tell!!

Funny Story!!
Emily woke up this morning and was laying in bed with Trent and I. After a few minutes she asked if she could go see who was at our house. I said that no one was home. And she said "but it sounds like someone is walking". I said "It is our heater". She said "Is the heater walking?!?!". I thought it was pretty cute. I did explain that our house makes noises when the heater is on though.
