Yes, I had to take a picture!!! This is what he as been like most of the last few weeks (hence we finally celebrated his birthday on Wednesday!!)
This is what he is usually like!! I am LOVING having our happy boy back!! I did finally take him to the dr and he has ear infections in both ears. Poor boy, I guess it makes sense why he was so miserable! Thanks to medicine though, he is feeling much better.
Our handsome (half necked) little boy!! I know (as I know you all know) each kid is different, but this is one of the biggest differences between Ethan and Emily. Emily never cared if she was naked or clothed...in a bath or not....Ethan on the otherhand hears the bath water turn on and you can guarentee he is there within a few seconds. And if he can wiggle away without clothes on.... it makes his day (or at least that is what I think).
He did devour his cake!! (You can see he still isn't feeling very good though)!!
Here is his cake....he wanted to dive right in (he truly is my son ;) )!! He has his well care check in a few weeks (we wanted to wait till we got back from vacation to give him his dreadful shots). He is a blast to have....he always lets us know he loves us and loves to snuggle (again something Emily NEVER did)!! We just love this little boy and are so grateful for his smile and laughs!!

That is so funny. Caleb LOVES baths too, and having his clothes off. Are you guys going to the picnic thing on Tuesday? We'll be there, it would be fun to see you.

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping in on my blog and leaving your sweet comment. It is so easy for us mothers to get caught up in our routines and the million things we have to get done in our day. I have to make a very conscious effort to slow down, relax and enjoy the little things and lot let the pressures control me.
I hope things are well with your family. Maybe one of these days we'll all be able to get together for a little reunion.
